The master planned community Sterling on the Lake, in Flowery Branch, Ga., announced the builders for its newest phase this week: D.R. Horton and Cook Residential.
Both builders are already building in other phases at Sterling on the Lake, which is owned in a joint venture partnership between North America Sekisui House (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of Sekisui House, Japan’s largest home builder and leading diversified developer, and Newland Real Estate Group, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community.
The new phase will feature 114 new homes located off of Capitola Farm Road. Construction is underway, with two new model homes scheduled to be completed later this year.
