Cook Construction | Real Estate is excited to announce their community support for upcoming Georgia Initiative for Community Housing Summit in Gainesville, GA. Through our partnership with the City of Gainesville, Cook has established a belief in this GICH program and upcoming summit.
The summit, held this year in Gainesville, GA, supports the sustainability of the biannual, technical assistance retreats attended by the 15 currently participating communities to build better communities for the citizens of Georgia. The summit location is selected each year from past graduates of the program. As the host for the fall retreat, the City of Gainesville will be hosting a reception for the event participants and a bus tour to show participants the accomplishments that the City has managed since graduation from the program in 2014.
