Cook Residential — the Residential Construction Division of Cook — recently rolled out their “Home for the Holidays” Campaign that brings a whole new meaning to the familiar phrase. Cook is offering a $6,000 “anyway you want it” bonus to buyers who want to be home for the holidays in a new home.

The residential team is offering several events leading up to Thanksgiving that start with participating in Sterling on the Lake’s upcoming Real Estate Professional Safety Course and tour of the new model home.
A community grand opening is on tap for the North Hall Community of Highland Gates that is open to the community to see what is going on in the destination location of families wanting to move into the North Hall Community on Friday November 18, 2016 from 4 pm to 6 pm. Participants can walk the Rylee and Donna floor plans and see the progress on four other soon to be available homes in the community.
The week is capped off with the Grand Opening of the latest Pod from Sterling on the Lake. Join Cook Residential and the Newland Development team to tour the beautiful new decorated model home. Attendees will enjoy a petting zoo, games, food, drinks and s’mores in addition to seeing the first new home in this section off Capitola Rd.
