GEOFF COOK

Geoff learned the critical details of construction by being directly involved in all aspects of the building process—an education that brings efficient and effective operational knowledge to the Cook Team. While working with some of the top general contractors in Atlanta and around the Southeast, Geoff has built commercial and residential construction projects valued at over fifty million dollars. His accomplished projects range across sectors, including hospitality, retail, industrial, medical, military, and multi-family homes.

Geoff received his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University and his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Brenau University. An avid outdoorsman, his passions include sports, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, and all water activities. He enjoys being an active member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church and resides in Braselton with his wife, Amanda, their son, Jackson and daughter, Madison.

KEITH COOK

Keith’s career has focused on business development and leadership for companies specializing in a range of practice areas—from real estate brokerage, sales, property and association management to asset maintenance and management, investments, and development and construction. He has brokered over three billion dollars in real estate transactions and still manages large investment portfolios in his 20 years of experience.

Keith was born and raised in a community where hard work, dedication, integrity, and a win-win attitude were instilled in him. He was awarded a football scholarship to Tulane University where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Keith enjoys leading Sunday school classes, coaching Little League sports, and giving back to the local community. He lives in Flowery Branch with his wife Michele and their three wonderful children: Kaitlin, Ashley, and Connor.
