Sycamore Grove is a BTR community located in Jefferson, Georgia.  Cook Communities entitled the land for a  townhome development with amenities that include dog parks, community clubhouse, neighborhood pool, and extensive walking trails.  Cook General Contracting developed and built the community.  The group that Cook completed the community for is now offering luxury rentals in the Jefferson area.
